1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use our services.

2. Use of our services

Our services are available for personal and commercial use. You agree to use our site legally and responsibly, and not for fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

3. Products and customization

All our products are customized according to the specifications provided by the customer (names, photos, text, designs, colors, etc.). The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details before approving production. Once the design is approved, no modifications or claims related to errors in the information provided by the customer will be accepted.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are in Dominican pesos (DOP) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full, or according to the agreed-upon advance percentage, to begin production of the order. No work will commence without confirmation of payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the Dominican Republic. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, the type of product, and the volume of current orders. We will do our best to meet estimated delivery times, although these are reference points and not absolutely guaranteed.

6. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are governed by our Returns Policy, available on our website. Since most of our products are custom-made, returns are limited to cases of manufacturing defects or errors attributable to us.

7. Cancellations

Order cancellations will only be accepted before production begins. Once an order enters production (especially if it is a custom order), it cannot be canceled or refunded, as it is a made-to-order item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, text, images, designs, and graphics—is the property of Creaciones by Caro and is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

Creaciones by Caro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, beyond the value paid for the order in question. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

10. Changes in terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page, so we recommend checking it periodically.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the competent courts of that country.
